Amazing place to stay while in the area! The room was very clean and very cozy. The service was amazing, we were able to get free complimentary breakfast from 7:30 am to 9:00 am. The food was absolutely amazing, and I really want to visit this place again!

A family vacation while my son was playing at Dreamspark. Perfect place for the team picnic, spacious and delicious buffet. There are plenty of water crafts to enjoy the fresh water lake. Staff is so friendly and kind. Another addition, while we experienced many rain delays and an electrical outage for most of the day at the ball park, Cobblescote has a generator, so the boys came back to the porch and had lunch until Dreams Park was up and running ? Just a wonderful place for all to stay!

Weekend getaway with the family for my birthday. Beautiful views. We were placed in the Deck Suite, which has two beds and small kitchen, and bathroom. Stocked with lots of board games. Breakfast was a breakfast sandwich for which they were able to accommodate my son's dairy and egg allergy. Water smelled a bit sulfuric but enjoyed my stay nonetheless. Would definitely return in the summer to enjoy the free kayaks.

What a warm, friendly and family run place. We felt most welcome and had every need (mostly questions about the area and B&B) addressed. Nice rooms, beautiful setting and views, great breakfast served every morning. Our days were packed with activities, we would recommend taking advantage of their free kayaks and canoes. Cobblescote has their own water access area with chairs to enjoy the view. Only 5 minutes from Cooperstown, but you feel a hundred miles away.

Absolutely amazing experience! This was our first time at Cooperstown. Our son played at Dreams park and Cobblescote is only 15min away from the park. We felt right at home, very rare to find a place to be so welcoming, delicious homemade breakfast every morning and many activities to do! Thank you Genevieve for everything! Charming, clean and homey!! Plus, the best homemade breakfast you will ever have. The ladies who run it are so kind. They make a different breakfast each morning with local food. the wheat-cracked bread was delicious. My husband and I stayed in one of the private cabins and it was bigger than I expected with a gorgeous panoramic view of the lake, full fridge, microwave. So charming and unique way for my husband and I to relax between our son’s baseball games at Dreamspark. Only about 15-20 minutes to the park, with a beautiful drive along the lake.
