Awesome definitely appreciate the service. Very clean well kept. Great staff. I'm out here on business but it feels like a vacation.

Rooms were clean and very nice. The beds were comfy. Check in was extremely slow, because they had a new computer system that no one remembered how to use!

Great location Hotel is clean Rooms are fine Staff at the front desk always seem miserable and not friendly. We have stayed here multiple times visiting the college and it’s always the same scenario. Hotel is understaffed. 20 minutes to get a coffee. The same person who makes the coffee runs the front desk Asked for extra pillows but they never came If you know you are sold out for the weekend wouldn’t it make sense to add headcount ? I guess not This hotel is not a good representation of the Marriott brand

There’s a restaurant and pool which we didn’t take advantage of. The room was clean and well laid out. The front desk was courteous. I’d stay there again.

I made a reservation through Expedia with the right to cancel 7 days before, but for some reason it reserved it under non-refundable. I spoke with Expedia and they still had no issue with cancelling as long as hotel agreed. Spoke with hotel manager Kelsea Donahue who first agreed to waive and she put it in writing. Then she did a turnaround and said we still want our money from Expedia, which is not a waiver. I cancelled the reservation with 30 days in advance and they still had plenty of empty rooms in their hotel to sell with no financial harm. If this is how they manage their business, it speaks about everything else they do. Please, do not patronage this hotel, plenty of others in the area. Edit to hotel's response: Their response is completely false. Expedia was willing to waive, the hotel wanted their money and was not. Another fabrication tells everything about this business.

Always a good experience. I have stayed at this location numerous times and if I have ever had a concern they have been very accommodating.

Upon checking in the reception person had no clue how much the hold would be and failed to mention how much the incidental hold would be for. Flat out just did not know and said to check my bank for the amount of the holds. Upon checking out, same person locked himself out of his own computer and I had to wait for the manager to resolve. I waited patiently. However, the manager comes over and doesn't even pick her head up, no acknowledgement ( a hello, a sorry for the inconvenience, or how was your stay, etc.) or anything for her colleague's error. She unlocks the computer and prints receipt and returns to the back room area without saying a word. Not personable nor pleasant to be deal with people like this. Lacking true customer service.

Recently renovated hotel, very clean rooms and common areas! Halls were quiet during the night, staff was pleasant at both check-in and check-out. This was the first Marriott property I’ve stayed at that had a sign recognizing Bonvoy Elite guests at the front desk. Plenty of parking with an additional hall entrance at the end of the hotel. The only negative about the entire stay was the horribly rough bathroom towels.
